Product Availability
We work with small manufacturers and in some instances, demand exceeds their capacity or supply. Shine Craft Vessels will sometimes sell out of certain products and when we do a "Sold Out" notice will appear on the product's page. We do not keep waiting lists or allow pre-orders at this time.
Packaging
We take the utmost care to make sure your order is packed and presented in the most premium way. All Shine Craft Vessels pass through our hands which allows us to make sure your order will arrive safely and timely. All products are bagged inside a sturdy burlap bag then snugly boxed with heavy craft paper. All products are shipped via USPS 2-day priority.
Shipping
Shipping costs are based on weight, size, and destination. We ship to locations within the United States and U.S. territories including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, we do ship to select international destinations including; Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Ireland and Australia.
*We do not offer refunds on international orders.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase we will offer a full refund. We go to great lengths to assure your product is free from defects in materials, processes and workmanship for the life of your purchase but our policty does not cover purchases that have been abused, misused, altered, improperly rinsed or wear from use.
We do not offer refunds due to breweries refusing to fill an outside growler or container. Please check with your local brewery or state growler laws before purchasing.
Wholesale and Custom Orders
Currently we do not offer wholesale orders but are open to collaborations so we would love to hear from retailers, breweries or distilleries interested in developing a partnership for an exclusive production line of vessels. We can work with individuals and corporate clients on custom orders of 10 or more vessels. Set up charges will be applied. Please contact us directly to collaborate.
