Process

75% of our production process is carried out by small businesses in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We are constantly working towards a 100% USA Made Product. 

Every Shine Vessel goes through a detailed and rigorous production process. Our production process is designed so that each Vessel is individually inspected and handled at every step. 

Each growler is cut from 23 Gauge, 304 Grade Stainless Steel. 

Every Shine Vessel is metal spun and polished by hand to achieve the unique shape.

Once the shaping is completed, our Vessels are color coated in Virginia Beach, VA using a non-toxic powder mixture and baked at 400 degrees for half an hour.

Vessels then travel a short distance to Chesapeake, VA where each is cleaned and passivated by hand. This process results in a 100% toxin, BPA, phthalate and PVC free interior lining so there's never a metallic aftertaste.

Finally, Shine Vessels are shipped to our hometown of Richmond, VA where each vessel is setup and printed individually.
